Please include vessel rego and call sign, VHF Radio channel in use, skippers full name and phone number, shore-based emergency name and number, number of people on board, quantity of fuel on board, intended destination and your expected return time and date.
If you are leaving a vehicle at the public launching facility please include vehicle and trailer registration numbers.
